$600 a month, no tiers, no chat-volume bundles — priced so that at Social Climbing's attribution levels it's back in your account inside a week of widget operation. The build is a real engineering engagement: four-to-six weeks where we hand-train the widget on your gym's data, custom-integrate it into your booking system, and tune it weekly against real customer conversations. Final scope is quoted on the call — every gym is different and we'd rather price it honestly than guess on a brochure.

In the bespoke build & delivery

The engineering. Four to six weeks of custom work to design, build, integrate, and tune the widget for your specific gym, your specific booking system, your specific customers' questions. Bespoke per gym — not configured from a template.

  • Your gym's private knowledge base — hand-built from your FAQs, timetables, price lists, drop-in rules, party packages, and everything else your front desk repeats every day. Curated by us, signed off by you, before anything goes live.

  • Four-to-six-week tuning engagement — weekly working sessions where we sit with real customer conversations from your live widget and sharpen its answers against what's actually being asked. The widget gets measurably smarter every week of the engagement.
  • White-glove install — we put the widget on your site, brand-style it to match your existing design, and stay alongside it through launch. Zero developer involvement required on your end.

Honest caveats

What this isn't for.

DeskRelay isn't right for businesses where every enquiry is a one-off conversation that needs a senior member of staff. It's for businesses where the front desk answers the same fifteen questions every day. If your activity is highly bespoke, complex, or relationship-led, the widget will frustrate your customers — and you should tell us that on the call.

It's also not a free-tier SaaS, and the build is not a self-serve wizard. It's a genuine four-to-six-week engineering engagement — that's where the value gets locked in, and that's why it's bespoke-priced per gym. The monthly fee then covers what it costs to keep the platform running for you, plus your insights report. We price for the value the widget delivers at activity-leisure margins, not consumer-app margins.

Friends-and-family pricing

For the first handful of paying clients we run a friends-and-family rate in exchange for permission to use your numbers as case-study proof. If you're interested in being one of those early clients, mention it on the call and we'll talk through the terms.
